Skills
The skills are in .claude/skills/ of the hub. The panel starts each one, except grill-with-docs.
#grill-with-docs
You start this skill in the session for the direction. It asks you questions in rounds, and gives its recommended answer for each one. It writes the glossary and the decisions as you settle them. In a hub, they go in context/glossary.md and context/decisions/. It comes from mattpocock/skills.
#intake
Turns any input into change tasks, an exploration or one line in the inbox. The input can be an idea, a bug report, a maintenance job or a done exploration. The New button starts it.
#probe
Finds each thing that a change task leaves open, and settles it with you, one thing at a time. Then it sets the status to ready. The task must be settled here, because build runs with nobody to ask.
#explore
Works through wireframes and design with you, one round at a time. See Explorations.
#build
Builds one ready task or exploration, with no person. For a task, it makes the branch, writes the code and the tests, runs the checks, and opens a pull request. It writes the evidence for your review.
#triage
Reads a pull request after it changes, and chooses one way out: rework, an answer, new work, a question for you, or nothing. It writes one comment on the pull request with the way out and the reason.
#accept
Reviews finished work with you. For a change task, it writes the items under ## Context changes to context/, and sets the status to done.
#flow-code-review
This skill comes from Flow, and it is in the app. CodeBuild runs it on each new pull request. See How the checks run.
#Sessions start clean
Each step has its own session. A session does its one step, stops and names the next step. You start the next step from the panel. This keeps the context of one step out of the next one.
